Tigers Begin Fall Practice

Clemson, SC

Monte Lee and Clemson baseball welcomed the media today for a preview of the 2019 Clemson Tigers baseball team as they opened “fall camp” for the 2018-19 school year.  Coach Lee mentioned how important it was for the Tigers to take advantage of these next 45 days.

Development of the veterans on this roster and seeing how the newcomers acclimate to the team are at the fore-front of the coaches interest as camp opens today.  Lee discussed several players being moved in and out of roles they had not been in position wise in the past, to how the Tigers replace the bats lost to the “League” with the departures of Seth Beer and Chris Williams.
