Espn released their annual Freshmen All American Team, and Clemson wide receiver Antonio Williams was named first team. Williams led the Tigers in 2022 in receiving with 56 receptions for 604 yards, averaging 10.8 per catch, and 4 touchdowns.

Williams came to Clemson late in the process, hailing from Dutch Fork High School in the Columbia metro area of South Carolina. Williams arrived on campus in July and instantly made waves with his precise route running and his skillset. A tenacious blocker and very capable with the ball after the catch. All ready a featured player in the Offense. Williams also took over punt return duties early in the season as well. The future is bright for this Palmetto State product as he continues to develop inside the college football realm.
