Soccer: Tigers Vs Seminoles for ACC Title On Sunday

CARY, N.C. – The No. 3 seeded Tigers are set to take on top-seed Florida State in Cary, N.C. in the title match of the ACC Championships. Kick-off is slated for 12:00 p.m. and the match will be broadcasted on ESPNU.

The Tigers are playing in the Championship match for the first time since 2002.

Clemson enters the match with a 15-2-3 record as the Tigers have defeated No. 6 seed Wake Forest and No. 2 seed Notre Dame to secure their place in the championship. Florida State enters the match with a 15-0-1 record as they are coming off a recent victory over No. 5 seed Pittsburgh.

The Tigers will look to give the Seminoles their first loss of the season in Cary.

The Clemson Tigers have advanced to the final round of the ACC Championships three times in program history but have yet to win the title. This Tigers team will look to create history and bring home the program’s first-ever ACC Championship Title.
