First Look : Joseph Charleston

 

Joseph Charleston started a trend as the first commit of the 2019 class, since Charleston’s commitment in 2017, the Tigers have added a number of highly rated players in various positions.

 

A top-150 player from Georgia, Charleston played his high school career at Milton High School in Milton, Georgia. Where during his senior year, he accounted for 83 tackles, a team best, nine tackles for loss, two caused fumbles, a fumble return of 46 yards and two interceptions. Charleston also helped lead his team to a AAAAAAA state championship, which was a first for the Milton program.

 

Charleston will join the likes of Tanner Muse and K’Von Wallace, who both are returning at safety but will have to compete with Nolan Turner and Denzel Johnson, who played snaps for the Tigers last season. But the expect Charleston to play significant snaps for the Tigers this year.
