
Clemson’s Mia Moore Earns WBCA Coaches’ All-America Honorable Mention Status
Clemson, S.C. – Clemson women’s basketball senior guard Mia Moore has earned Honorable Mention status on the 2026 Women’s Basketball Coaches’ Association (WBCA) Coaches’ All-America Team.
Moore is the third Clemson performer to receive WBCA All-American Honors, the first since Jessica Barr in 1994, and the third in program history (Barbara Kennedy-Dixon, 1982). Her inclusion as a Regional Finalist comes two weeks after being named Second Team All-ACC.
The Alpharetta, Ga. native was also selected as CSC Academic All-America® finalist and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. First-, second-, and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced April 15, 2026.

Regional finalist for the WBCA Coaches’ All-America Team; All-ACC second team; finalist for the 2026 Lilly Women’s College All-Star Game; Baha Mar All-Tournament Team honoree.
Averaged 13.3 points per game, 5.4 rebounds per contest, 4.7 assists per game, and 1.3 steals per contest.
Moore’s back-to-back 30-point performances (30 vs. Boston College, Feb. 8, and 31 vs. Georgia Tech, Feb. 12) marked the first time a Clemson player recorded 30-plus points in consecutive wins since Barbara Kennedy Dixon during the 1981-82 season.
In an overtime win against Wake Forest (Jan. 18), Moore scored 16 points, including 10 in overtime, setting a program record for points by an individual in an overtime period.
Mia Moore became the 32nd player in program history to score her 1,000th career point at Clemson, reaching the milestone at Georgia Tech (Jan. 11).
Moore was nominated by the ACC to attend the NCAA Above the Rim Summit, which will be held April 2-5 in Phoenix, Arizona.
