Clemson Offers Utah 2023 Offensive Tackle

Today, the Clemson Tigers received news that one of their committed offensive linemen, Zechariah Owens, had pulled his commitment due to family considerations. Coach Dabo Swinney wasted no time in addressing the issue.

4-star Offensive lineman Spencer Fano, 6-5 270, out of Provo, Utah, got a call and was given an offer to come South. Fano is currently ranked as the #14 OL in the country at his position, and ranked as the #2 player in the state of Utah for the 2023 class. He now has 26 offers on his list, to include Michigan, Oregon, Utah and BYU. Fano, until today, was looking like a lean to BYU. Does the Clemson offer carry any weight?

“I am extremely humbled and BLESSED to have received an offer from Clemson University!! Can’t wait to come, go tigers!!!!

Last year, the Tigers reached out to the state of Utah and brought legacy RB Keith Adams, Jr. home to Clemson. Is Fano going to follow in his footsteps?
