Clemson cornerback Fred Davis II turned himself into Police in regards to an accident which involved injuries that happened in Clemson on highway 123 back on July . The following link is courtesy local TV outlet WSPA as they have put out the following. We await a response from the Clemson Sports Information department. At present small details are starting to emerge, but it appears Davis was racing someone when this occurred.. More to come on this breaking news.
