Clemson’s Amanda Butler held a mid week press conference inside the media room in Littlejohn Coliseum to preview the upcoming game with Georgia Tech and discuss the progress of this years Lady Tigers Basketball team. “Team 44”.. As Coach Butler likes to refer to this team (The 44th Lady Tigers team to take the court) has beyond exceeded pre season expectations. This team led by Senior Danielle Edwards has continued to push the envelope in a year this team was expected to be transitioning into a new scheme with a new staff. Instead this team has quickly found an identity of its own and gelled quickly with this staff and bought in. Results…. we are sitting here talking the possibility of this Clemson team being invited into the NCAA tournament.
