Clemson is continuing to recruit the state of Texas. Yesterday, the Tigers offered safety Braxton Myers out of Coppel, Texas. The 2023 prospect has already garnered 30 offers and expect that number to grow.

Myers is ranked as the 6th best safety in his class and the 21st best player in his state. As a junior for Coppell High School, Myers registered 40 tackles with 5 tackles for loss, three interceptions and 11 passes defended.
The Tigers look to bring in a larger class in 2023 and have now handed out 50 offers. Of the 50 offers, 32 have been on the defensive side of the ball. The coaching still has not hit the transfer portal like other Power 5 programs.. Don’t expect this trend to change any time soon.
