By: Neil Burnett

There is lots of activity in the media and the world these days. Covid-19 still makes headlines. The election is coming in November. College football begins very soon. Clemson football kicks off September 12th, and CSN has its first show this Friday. Oh, and Monte Lee is still recruiting.

Clemson got a commitment yesterday from Greer, SC, product Mavis Graves. The 2022 left handed pitching prospect plays for Eastside High School and is currently playing summer ball with the Upstate Mavericks.

The 6-3 175 lb Graves was recently named the “Golden Arm” at the Palmetto games. He becomes the 10th baseball commit in the 2022 class for the tigers.

“I am blessed to continue my academics and baseball career at Clemson University,” Graves said on his Instagram. The tigers are getting a good one in Graves.
