Pennsylvania Safety Releases Finalist

Derrick Davis Jr of Monroeville, PA, released his top 7 choices yesterday. One of the top safeties in the country, Davis has narrowed his choices down to Clemson, Penn State, Georgia, LSU, Southern Cal, Ohio State, and Pittsburgh. He is considered by many to be a PSU lean.

As a junior, he helped lead his team to a 12-3 record and a birth in the Class 5A state championships. Davis played on both sides of the ball, getting 1,507 yards rushing and catching 36 passes for 547 yards. As a safety, he racked up 46 tackles.
