This run was the longest by a Clemson quarterback since Trevor Lawrence’s 67-yard touchdown against Ohio State in 2019 .

Aerial Assault

Defensive Contributions

While the offense stole the spotlight, Clemson’s defense played a crucial role in the victory.
The Tigers forced two first-quarter fumbles deep in NC State territory, both of which were converted into touchdowns
Additionally, cornerback Ashton Hampton added a 53-yard interception return for a touchdown, further solidifying Clemson’s control over the game .
