Clemson Trying to Flip 2021 DB from LSU

This week, Clemson made the final two for a highly-recruited cornerback out of Atlanta, Georgia. The player committed to Georgia yesterday. The Tigers have since turned their sights to another Atlanta, Georgia, cornerback, Nathaniel WIggins.

The 6-2 170 Wiggins is currently committed to the LSU Tigers. So why are we talking about Wiggins? Have you seen the shape of LSU’s program lately? Without going into detail, it is a mess. Since winning the National Championship against Clemson in January, the program has simply tanked, off and on the field. Sources are saying that Wiggins is having a change of heart.

Wiggins is currently ranked as the 7th best cornerback in the 2021 class. He played both ways for Westlake High School in Atlanta, Georgia, but will focus on cornerback at the next level. Think Trayvon Mullen here. Mullen was also considered to be headed to LSU but at the last minute, something hit him. Clemson. The rest is history.

December 16 begins the early signing period for college football. Keep an eye out on this young man.
