Clemson Set to Compete in 2023 ACC Championship

CLEMSON, S.C. – The Clemson Tigers rowing team is traveling up to Raleigh, N.C. to compete in the 2023 ACC Rowing Championship on Lake Wheeler. The racing will begin with the prelims on Friday, May 12 and will conclude with the finals on Saturday, May 13. Both Friday and Saturday’s races are set to start at 8:05 a.m. and conclude at 9:55 a.m. The races will be live streamed on ACC Network Extra and live results are available here.

The Tigers competed well in their four regular season regattas: The Carolina Cup, Oak Ridge Invitational, Oregon State Invite, and Lake Wheeler Invite. Over the course of the season, Clemson has earned nine first place finishes, six second place finishes, 14 third place finishes, eight fourth place finishes, and two sixth place finishes.

Lake Wheeler should be familiar terrain for the Tigers as they just raced there three weeks ago in the Lake Wheeler Invite.
