"ALL IN" Commitment 2020 4 Star WR EJ Williams Commits to Clemson

Clemson picks up another key piece in its 2020 class as 4 star Wide Receiver EJ Williams out of Alabama has committed to Clemson. Williams had targeted this date for quite some time, and it was projected by many in recruiting circles that Clemson would out last in state Alabama for the prized wide out.

At 6’3 the lanky speedster reminds us of a raw version of 2019 class member Frank Ladson Jr. Just without the top end speed Ladson has. EJ has been on Coach Jeff Scott’s “want list” for quite some time and also makes the third Tiger to come out of the Phenix City program in as many years with Clemson already having Justyn Ross and Ray Thornton on board.

Clemson has almost filled its need recruiting wise for 2020 as this was the last piece to be added to WRU. The Tigers now await a certain Defensive End and the only player in state we are tracking for the 2020 cycle.
