2018 Class Remaining top Targets

We synopsized our thoughts coming out of the Tigers season and down the stretch here in December.  As the staff gets out this week in 2nd week of December and visits High Schools all over the recruiting map and all over the southeast and beyond…..  Look for some of the recruits mentioned below to receive a ton of attention in the upcoming weeks!  Stay Tuned right here for all the latest on all these recruits moving forward here as 2017 Winds down, and the early signing period approaches (12/20-12/24) and National Signing day in February.

WR Justyn Ross

Clemson/Auburn battle with the Tigers from the lake and “WRU” leading for the nations arguably top Wide Out.   Justyn was in town to see “WRU” an the Tigers take on the Cadets of the Citadel and brought him mother with him for his “Official Visit”.  All returns coming out of the visit had Justyn even more enamored with the Defending National Champs than he was coming into the visit.

Ross, who has been an Clemson/Auburn battle as of late as in state Alabama seemed to have faded into the distance in recent weeks.  With the Clemson Tigers appealing to the Phenix City standout.  The Yellow Hammer State’s top offensive prospect is trending Clemson Orange and we are hearing an Impending announce during the Under Armour all star game in January.  Stay tuned as CUTigers tracks his recruitment and keeps you up top date as Ross gets closer to his announcement.

OL Jordan McFadden

OL Target and VT Commit Jordan McFadden

McFadden exited his Clemson official with a lot of smoke around his recruitment and that smoke was of an Orange tint.  And we thought a choice would have culminated later in the week with things fresh in his mind off the visit to Tiger town to see the Citadel contest.  But since things have simmered down and the big man from Dorman has slowed things back down.

It’ still a Virginia Tech and Clemson battle with the Hokies holding pat after a major push by the Tigers for the mauler from Spartanburg County to switch allegiances and come over the Tigers.  Instead the commitment to the Hokies is standing tall, and the Tigers have their “in Home” coming up as the big man prepares for the Annual Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas.  Stay tuned as the Tigers are pressing hard here for a commitment sooner rather than later if it is to come at all.  CUTigers is the place to be to get the up to the minute info on McFadden and the Tigers and Hokies!

RB Lyn J Dixon

It’s Alabama, Clemson, And Louisville with the Cardinals surprising rise here as the former Tennessee Commit was just at Clemson on his official for the Citadel game.  Watch out here for Alabama and Louisville has really made a late push to the Tigers first 2018 Offer after losing out on the nations #1 RB Zamir White in late summer after he committed to Georgia.

Dixon, then committed to Tennessee prior to receiving a Clemson offer. And with the upheaval that was the end of the Butch Jones tenure, De committed and took visits to all the aforementioned.  This one changes as much as the wind does direction on a daily.  Stay tuned as Clemson may be involved with more Running Back targets in the 2028 Class in the near future.

OL Cade Mays

Mays is set to announce on 12/20 with finalist  Clemson, UGA, Tennessee and Ohio State all awaiting the Big fella and Tennessee legacy to pick his school of choice.   Clemson and UGA are back and forth here over the past few weeks and the big man has a  Orange tint to him as of today.. But things can change in a hurry and a UGA Official is still to take place.  If the Tigers can come out of that visit with Mays uncommitted and waiting to take in Home visit’s then we really like the Tigers chances here.

DE KJ Henry

It’s Clemson, UGA, VT, Alabama and SC in that order if you twisted our arm today on Henry.  Clemson was first to the table with an offer and has been heavy on Henry since.  Showing the star from the Tar Heel state he is a Clemson priority in this 2018 Class. Stay tuned as we cover Henrys recruitment all the way up to his announcement.
