Clemson defeated Louisville 77-15 on Saturday inside the confines of Memorial Stadium in front of an announced crowd of over 77,000 fans. Head Coach Dabo Swinney held his weekly post-game press conference and here is what the Clemson head man had to say on the Tigers win that now takes them to 9-0 overall and 6-0 inside the ACC.
Swinney started off with his prepared remarks and then took on questions from the gathered media.
Swinney opened up with … “ A lot of fun ….See our guys prepare like we are playing the super bowl” . . . Dabo then brought up the veterans and what they mean to this squad. . . “First and foremost wanna thank the leadership “ On the game with Louisville Swinney mentioned “Scored first three possessions . . . On the number of players that got into today’s game, he stated “Played 94 guys “ . . . on his team’s performance in the rushing game “3 backs over a 100 yard 13.6 per carry record “

And on Coach Gene Stallings being in town this week “Coach Stallings came on midweek and he coached me up well for three days”. And on Mitch Hyatt’s record-setting start he stated”Model of consistency on the football field “
