Dabo Swinney held his weekly teleconference with the media on Sunday. Swinney started off the conversation discussing the team’s performance after getting to sit and watch tape of the Boston College victory. “Fun tape to grade and watch” Swinney then went on to discuss the performance by his team and coaching staff “Tremendous effort in preparation. . . Great job by our staff”   “To go up there and beat a good team in there the place in that environment”On What it meant to reach the 10 win Plateau and a 4th consecutive Atlantic Division Title. “Really special for our seniors

 

A lot of people get caught up in bigger things…  I remember our first division win and it’s not easy to do, takes a tremendous amount of effort…Fun game for us gives the opportunity to get back to Charlotte “

Then speaking on the Duke Blue Devils and this Saturday’s contest at 7 pm on ESPN inside of Death Valley “Great week for us to kick off our military appreciation week” Back to the Team and specifically the defense’s performance against the Eagles Swinney said “We were dominated on defense…We knew to go in if we were gonna have to stop the run. . . 4 sacks 10 tackles for loss . . . Proud of the mindset they came to work with “

 

On the offense he mentioned  “ We ended up 4.3 rush and Travis had 7 per carry Overall at the he spoke on the teams reaching one of its season goals,”At the end of the day we achieved a goal “  On the Christian Wilkins quarterback pressure that led to the injury of BC Quarterback Brown Swinney said “It was a bang-bang football play …. It was unfortunate but not out of line”.  Finally on the play of his true freshman quarterback he said ““ did great … was player of the game … 29/41 in A very challenging situation”
