CSN Live from Lakeside Lodge Episode 10 : Clemson Vs FSU

Clemson Sports News hosted its tenth LIVE SHOW on Friday evening at the beautiful Lakeside Lodge on Lake Hartwell, marking the first show of the final “quarter” of the season. The show’s hosts, former ESPN Upstate host Mark Sturgis and former Clemson offensive line legend Joe Bostic spent an hour in the amphitheater of Lakeside Lodge previewing the Clemson Football Teams upcoming road game (which was postponed) against Florida State and talked about the rest of the ACC and NCAA slate.

The first half of the show, the hosts discussed how Clemson would be looking for revenge after taking the week off following a 47-40 double-overtime loss to Notre Dame. The hosts also spoke on what they think Trevor Lawrence would bring back to the lineup after returning from the COVID list.

Mark Sturgis’s virtual zoom interview of the week was with ESPN Football Broadcaster Roy Philpot and he gave us an inside look into what makes a successful broadcast for a game.

Clemson Sports News Owner and Publisher Gary McDaniels joined the hosts for the second half of the show to give his knowledge of Clemson sports and also pick some games on the Saturday slate with the guys.

Traditions on the Lake, the all-inclusive restaurant in the luxurious Lakeside Lodge was packed and a line formed to get in on Friday night. The amphitheatre was also packed with fans getting a first-hand experience of the knowledge of Mark Sturgis and Joe Bostic.

Clemson Sports News LIVE will be back this Friday before the Tigers welcome the Pitt Panthers into Death Valley for Senior Day as well as Military Appreciation Day. The Show starts at 8 p.m. and can be watched live on the Clemson Sports News & Recruiting Facebook Page.
