Clemson Leads with 12 ALL ACC Selections

The Atlantic Coast Conference announced its 2022 All-ACC Team on Tuesday with 10 Clemson players earning a league-high 12 all-conference selections. Clemson was the only program to produce double-digit selections in 2022 and has now produced 10 or more All-ACC picks in each of the last eight seasons.

Four Clemson players collected a total of six first-team selections, including tackle Jordan McFadden, defensive end Myles Murphy, defensive tackle Tyler Davis and Will Shipley, who earned first-team selections at the running back, all-purpose and specialist positions. Shipley became the first player in conference history to earn first-team All-ACC accolades at three positions.

Clemson placed three players each on the second and third teams, including second-team nods for defensive end K.J. Henry, defensive tackle Bryan Bresee and placekicker B.T. Potter. Tight end Davis Allen, center Will Putnam and linebacker Trenton Simpson garnered third-team honors.
