News out of the Clemson football today is that long time assistant and former Tiger football alum Danny Pearman (TE’s Coach) has been transitioned to a position off the field in the administrative side of the staff. Current Clemson OC Tony Elliot is set to take over coaching the Tight Ends and Clemson is now promoting Newly nominated College Football Hall of Famer CJ Spiller to Running Backs coach. Spillers move is still awaiting approval from the board of trustees. But this is a move that will help the Tigers in both areas. The one question that is gonna be out there is who replaces Pearman with the special teams duties. He has been the co ordinator of the Special teams for years since arriving at Clemson.
