Baylon Spector Post Game

Clemson linebacker Baylon Spector spoke with media via Zoom following Clemson’s 42-17 win over Miami. Spector explained how the attention to detail and preparation worked in the Tiger’s favor on Saturday. Throughout the week, the team made sure to get in as much film as they could to be as prepared as possible.
Spector explained that part of the game plan was keeping Miami quarterback D’Eriq King contained. Spector emphasized that the defense controlling King all came from the players’ game plan and execution.
An asset to the aggression that the defense brought was communication. Spector explained how he and James Skalski communicated throughout the whole game to make the proper adjustments they needed.
Spector went into detail on how time has been vital in helping his talent further improve from where it was last year. With time comes experience, and big games like Miami have brought him to the level of play he is at today.
