Dabo Swinney Test Positive for Covid 19

In a tweet released back on 1/16 that seems to have gotten past everyone… Clemson RB Darien Rencher and girlfriend can be seen discussing Dabo Swinney and a positive Covid 19 diagnosis. Nothing has been released from the school or Swinney family as of yet to 100% confirm this. The date implies this was over 10 days ago and if Swinney was positive and showing symptoms he should be well into the recovery process. Again we are not confirming any of this just reporting what has been found online.

The tweet says they reached out to the school and says Coach Swinney is doing fine. CSN has reached out to Clemson as well to confirm this information. Stay tuned here to CSN for all your Clemson info.

UPDATE: Reply from Clemson SID’s office on the question to confirm Dabo Swinney test; positive for Covid 19′.

“We have been providing COVID testing data in aggregate on a weekly basis but aren’t able to discuss individuals’ personal health information without their consent (like those who provided us consent to announce before they missed competition). Coach Swinney is healthy and working on-site at the Allen N. Reeves Football Complex.”
